AEVUS BI contributes to an optimal experience in and use of buildings. By applying ABI® sensors in combination with the 3D building model, Artificial Intelligence (AI) in combination with forecast models controls and monitors the complete building. In contrast to current "conventional" building management systems, the AEVUS System is "self learning". By applying AI, the AEVUS System will continuously search for and steer to the best result. Big additional benefit, is the self network. Because AEVUS is a stand-alone system, (separate from building / company networks) it will never interact with the business process so it remains guaranteed in terms of safety and reliability. Because of the cooperation with the manufacturer and having the complete development and realization in-house, we are able to continuously upgrade the system. This means that future developments in SMART techniques can always be integrated (add us) into our system. Unlimited, always up to date. Because of its wide applicability, (stand alone or as an add on to current Building Management Systems) AEVUS can be used very widely. Optimizations can be achieved in every application. Whether this involves reducing energy consumption, increasing the comfort of the building or optimizing the user experience. Our starting point is not to control a building. Instead of thinking in terms of technology, we positioned ourselves on the seat of the owner and user. From this perspective we started looking for the needs of the owner and user.
