This includes tooling for forged and cast parts requiring secondary machining and parts requiring complex fixtures to achieve reliable and repeatable accuracy at all times. We are connected with suppliers who are well-versed with the client requirements and use 3/4/5 Axis CNC, VMC & CMM machines for the manufacturing of the entire assembly. We also provide detailed technical reports on parts and materials. Raw material certification, dimensional reports & surface finish reports are also provided. We work with independent test laboratories for testing materials & finished parts and can conduct third party inspections based on the customer requirements. All suppliers are fully approved to match customer requirements. All the finished parts go thorough inspection checks before shipping. Parts are delivered with full traceability.
