He is his daily inspiration towards staying young and following in his journey of learning and discovery. The ‘a’ in front is the Greek personification of ‘ether’ ether is one of the five elements of the universe. It refers to the infinite sky and the abundant element that reaches out into space. This symbolizes the importance of cultivating a great learning environment to enable the use of knowledge, experience and intuition for creating new connections, thoughts and ideas for the advancement of human kind + (plus) signifies a quality beyond measure – a focus on building real, high value partnerships and high quality solutions that enhance learning retention and transfer
