Aether Defense Corp is a U.S.-based defense manufacturing company specializing in energetic materials and munitions production in support of national security and allied defense requirements. Headquartered in Duryea, Pennsylvania, Aether Defense is building a modern, compliant manufacturing platform focused on energetic materials handling, ordnance filling, and munitions systems for the U.S. defense industrial base. Our facility is being developed to meet the rigorous safety, quality, and regulatory standards required by the Department of Defense and NATO partners, including compliance with ATF, ITAR, and DoD explosives safety standards. Aether Defense was co-founded in partnership with PSA Systems, a Pennsylvania-based systems integrator specializing in flexible robotic solutions and custom automation machines for capital projects. This shared leadership brings advanced automation and integration expertise directly into our manufacturing operations, supporting a modern, precise, and scalable production platform from day one.
