Aestate Studio Information

Aestate is a communication and design consultancy offering home owners the structure and tools to help them sell or rent their property. We are not a real estate agency. Aestate was conceived as an alternative to traditional real estate services. Our design-led approach is based on three fundamentals: remarkable photography, outstanding marketing and engaging branding. Our services range from helping home owners sell their property, to setting up vacation rental website, to property hunting for expats. Aestate is a collaboration between two close friends, Gregory de Harlez, entrepreneur and founder of Escuyer and Julien Van Havere, design entrepreneur and former creative director of Modern Practice.
