Under a facilities sharing arrangement, AeroPanel and INSCO can now serve a diverse worldwide customer base by drawing on the engineering, marketing and production capabilities of two separate companies, AeroPanel Corporation (AeroPanel) and Instrument Specialties, Inc. (INSCO). Read about our Alliance. AeroPanel and INSCO continue as separate, independently operated companies. However, these companies have certain common ownership. Since January 1999, we have operated under a facilities sharing agreement and have centered our respective manufacturing operations in a single 30,000 square foot building on 2 1/2 acres of land in Boonton, New Jersey. The companies cooperating under the AeroPanel and the INSCO names are recognized as leading designers and manufacturers of illuminated displays and custom equipment, shipboard equipment and other precision instrumentation, including the design and manufacture of complex integrated control and switch panels.
