Aero Training Center USA, LLC Information

In 2014, while providing another service, a Vice-President of a technical college asked if we could help build a training program in their continuing education department. A client’s company was being hindered by a lack of mechanics, slowing its growth. That conversation changed the trajectory of Hardy AMC. Actually, that was about the 3rd time I had been asked such a question in about 3 months. The change in 2014 resulted from a request which was easy for us to fulfill. It was more of shifting toward a related market demand in which we already knew. The current move (2022) is more of setting a foundation of adaptability brought to clarity by public health challenges and geopolitical events. It has been in the works for over a year. In that regard, Aero Training Center USA as a Joint Venture with Hardy AMC has ended. CareerXPL and will honor existing Joint Venture quotes. CareerXPL LLC will help K-12 schools, technical colleges, employers, and other stakeholders prepare learners to explore and thrive in an ever-changing workforce. Learners include adults looking for other careers and professionals in continuing education programs. Because of our partnerships and connections, careers in Aviation and Aerospace are our current focus. Of special note for the aviation and aerospace industries regarding K-12 schools, relevancy and relationships are key. CareerXPL can help gain their attention, attract them to events where those relationships can be established with community members who can demonstrate the great opportunities in these industries.
