AerCap Materials is one of the largest worldwide distributors of components for Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, and Embraer aircraft, as well as components for Pratt & Whitney engines. AerCap Holdings N.V., the global leader in aircraft leasing, announced on November 1, 2021, that it has completed its acquisition of the GE Capital Aviation Services business (“GECAS”) from General Electric (NYSE:GE), and as part of this transaction the Materials business will operator under the AerCap brand, AerCap Materials, from its headquarters in Memphis Tennessee.
