Knowledge Collaboration helps us remain competitive in a fast-moving world. It is not possible for a company to have all required competencies within the organization; hence, there is always a need to collaborate. A new form of competition is increasingly visible in global markets: - Group v/s Group. These groups are almost like virtual corporations. Individuals in the group differ in size and in competencies, but they are together as they fulfill specific roles within their group. These collaborations may appear loose, but derive strength from a commonality of purpose. We believe in individual excellence. Thus, individual values are encouraged to collaborate towards the pursuance of future opportunities. The strengths of such collaboration are also furthered by the fact that partners need each other. We, at AeQuadis, keep ourselves informed with respect to what is happening in the IT world. We use this knowledge to develop individual competencies with respect to specific technologies and also create knowledge partners from those who have reached individual excellence in the fields where we may be lacking. It is this strategy of using complimentary assets and skills on a collaborative mode that has helped us compete successfully with some of the largest companies in the IT world.
