OUR STORY We commenced operations in Dubai in 2008 , and as a direct response to the increasingly transactional and impersonal approach of the institutional executive search firms. Since then we've moved our operations to Australia, and continued servicing the Middle East as well as Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Given our particular strengths in delivering high quality hard-to-find local, regional and international talent into challenging environments, we've firmly established ourselves as experts in emerging and frontier markets.
