Aegis Range Systems is developing the next generation of ballistic capture technology for shooting ranges and training facilities. Every indoor range, law-enforcement facility, and shoot house faces the same hidden costs: bullet traps that are expensive to maintain, create lead exposure, take the range offline for service, and provide almost no insight into their own condition. A trap can be quietly wearing out with no warning until something fails. Aegis is building a better solution: a modular, patent-pending system designed to swap out in a fraction of the time, contain lead and particulate, and monitor its own condition so operators know when service is needed before a problem occurs. Our focus is law-enforcement, military, and commercial training environments. Aegis was founded by Andrew Locher, retired Lead Firearms Trainer for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and developer of the thirty-five-million-dollar JETI first-responder training center. The company is self-funded and patent pending. If you own, operate, or build ranges, or you are interested in partnership or licensing, contact Andy@RedZ.Red.
