A&E Builders was founded in 2004 as a carpentry subcontractor specializing in framing and finish carpentry. Working alongside many highly regarded general contractors based here in Long Beach, New York, we forged alliances with the craftsmen & artisans we employ today. As our company grew, A&E decided to push the envelope and offer general contracting and project management services. Now, in 2011, we have evolved into true custom home builders in the city of Long Beach and particularly the West End. We hold licenses in the city of Long Beach and Nassau County. We owe our rapid growth and steady work to the high quality you'll find in every home we build. Each A&E home is a multi-faceted, thought provoking, artistic creation. From designing the traditional beach bungalow or craftsman to conceptualizing the cutting-edge contemporary, we take pride in developing an authentic character in each home we construct.
