I was born in Austin, Texas but raised three hours north, up the I-35 corridor in Dallas. While attending Highland Park High School, I ran cross country and upon graduation majored in psychology at the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs! Texas called me back home to pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a doctor. After obtaining a masters degree in Biomedical Sciences from The University of North Texas Health Science Center, I completed my Doctorate of Medicine at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth.
