Adventium was founded in 2004 by a visionary who believed in one thing: doing his best and bring the most people that way. Someone who intimately believed in talents and improvement. At least for personal elevation, preferably for common wellness. Technology capitation in order to transfer it is at the heart of the company, as it was initially dedicated to professional training. We tuned a method for knowledge appropriation and conception of course materials that we use internally. Our trainers / architects give courses in several training centers. But nowadays our main activities are consulting and project realization. Our orientation, for which we invest, is reinforcing project production by fixed-fee, with 2 objectives: - Reinternalize team to: o Work together, in our ecosystem o Use our expertise for our needs - Leverage people working on o Our processes (quality, knowledge sharing…) o Our own incubated projects, proposed by our team Regarding our values: we don’t have money as first goal. We are driven by passion and aim to increase pleasure. The one coming from our realizations, career, and by extension our whole lives. Doing what we like, because we like what we do and work towards excellence. Company is a mean, not an end. We look for experienced collaborators or with high potential (passion, curiosity, controlled ambition). People with strong human values, always wanting to improve themselves and their environment.
