Founded in August 2016, TEXAS UASWERX is a Dallas, Texas based DCMA 8210 Compliant, 501c(6) Not for Profit Aeronautical Engineering and Integration Firm. The firm is at the forefront of Aerospace Education and Advocacy within all sectors of the Aerospace industry. The firms mission is to "Democratize Aviation" by making it relevant and accessible to everyday Americans. We also support, educate and promote the standardized and safe integration and use of Unmanned and Autonomous aircraft into the National Airspace System (NAS). TEXAS UASWERX is at the forefront of Urban Air Mobility Development and Integration. Our Open Source Approach is intended to create a climate of collaboration among the entire UAM Ecosystem with the strategic goal of establishing it as a viable and fully integrated transportation option to the public. As a not for profit applied research and integration firm, we are accountable only to our partners and not to shareholders.
