Working on proposals and HR plans for all up coming projects of Advance Chemicals. 1 Provides employee relations support, including employee and management counseling and issues facilitation 2 Supervise recruitment and employment process including advertising, screening, interviewing and employment verification, employment offer in collaboration with all respective Business and departmental Heads 3 Designing Training Need Assessment material according to the requirement of the nature of particular field or area of concerned department. 4 Conduct Trainings Need Assessments in collaboration with all respective Business & Departmental Heads. 5 Coordinates with Business Schools, recruitment agencies, job websites, job consultants regarding internships and hiring needs 6 Perform the role of chain between he employer and the employees 7 Responsible for conducting performance appraisals, providing feed back, analysis of behavioral data, research data, and designing of new structures as assigned by Manager HR. • Monitoring the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff. • Researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector; • Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so • Developing and implementing new benefit packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements; • Managing the payroll system; • Handle EOBI & PESSI Matters.
