Adobo Connection, is the fastest growing Filipino restaurant chain. Its mission is to bring the food and feeling of the Filipino home to everyone. It is particularly known for its modern interpretations of the national dish, Adobo. From just one store in 2011, Adobo Connection has expanded to almost forty stores across the Philippines and internationally. It has received accolades from GMA-7 (“Best Adobo in Metro”), Entrepreneur Magazine (“Best Restaurant Franchise”), and various national broadsheets. The team behind Adobo Connection has also founded two other chains, Chopstop and Sisig Society. Chopstop, serves comfort American food that is easy on the pocket. Among its best sellers are pork chops, burgers and bottomless Margaritas. Since its start in 2013, Chopstop has grown to almost twenty outlets. Sisig Society, elevates the sisig experience by inviting guests to “Create Your Own Sisig”. Besides sisig, it also serves other sizzlers and “upscale” street food.
