The ADMEL Lab is a collaborative of M&E consultants committed to integrating effective inclusive accountability mechanisms into social change programs and investment strategies so that the real needs of the most vulnerable are truly met. As practitioners in the social change sector, over the years we have witnessed that : a. social change programs are not sufficiently accountable to the needs of the respondents; and b. existing monitoring and evaluation frameworks adopted by most organizations are not sufficient to improve the effectiveness of the programs to meet the needs of the respondents. We believe that if we integrate effective inclusive accountability mechanisms into social change programs and investment strategies, the real needs of the most vulnerable will be truly met. Our goal is to improve the way social change programs and investment strategies are designed, implemented, monitored, and evaluated We partner with practitioners, civil society organizations, development organizations, international NGOs, and socially responsible private entities across sectors and regions to improve their social change programs to meet the needs of the respondents. We provide the following services: a. Develop and refine M&E frameworks; b. Data Collection; c. Evaluation; and d. Accountability Tools and Training.
