ADM Valner is a Kazakhstan law firm with an office in Almaty. Though ADM Valner is a new firm, our lawyers have gained extensive experience working at international law firms such as Norton Rose Fulbright, Macleod Dixon, Coudert Brothers, White & Case, Baker and McKenzie. Our lawyers advise both local and foreign companies, as well as transnational corporations and international financial institutions. Our lawyers offer complex legal services on a variety of Kazakhstan law issues, including corporate, administrative, tax, employment, land, customs, environmental and procedural laws and regulations. Our basic goal is to understand the peculiarities of activities of our clients and to be aware of legal regulation of the industries, where our clients operate.
