In 2013 we founded AdjunctFinder.com as an online service connecting part-time teaching faculty and Business Schools. Recognising more than half the teaching in Australian universities was being delivered by part-time ‘sessionals’ or ‘adjuncts’, we believed a simple, accessible and inexpensive service was needed to assist the sector identify, recruit and effectively manage their part-time staff. Over the last few years, AdjunctFinder.com has helped Business Schools in Australia and New Zealand to engage high-quality adjuncts for their courses, facilitated Business School - Industry connections and changed the mindset of the sector about part-time staff engagement. We have now decided to move on from AdjunctFinder.com and focus on other more part-time pursuits.
