ADF Developments are a Staffordshire based construction and property development company who specialize in new builds, renovations and commercial to residential conversions throughout the midlands. For our own developments we focus on sites that can achieve between 4 to 20 units of varying demographics. We acquire sites with and without planning permission, subject to appraisal. As Staffordshire based builder developers we seek to acquire sites that are suitable for social housing and RSL type developments as well as exclusive semi-detached and bungalow site, and will consider JV's with landowners.
