Adevaris, one of the top-ranked tax and financial advisory firms in Romania, was founded in January 2009 following a reorganization of the predecessor Fine Consulting, a company active on the Romanian market since 2003. Shortly after this step, Adevaris completed a merger with the Austrian tax advisory firm LeitnerLeitner and integrated its activities under this new brand. In 2012, Adevaris reactivated the previous brand identity, following the launch of a new partnership model with LeitnerLeitner (www.leitnerleitner.com) and restarted functioning as a self-directed entity in an exclusive collaboration with the Austrian partner. Today, the Adevaris team has 40 members and cooperates with the LeitnerLeitner team of 600 employees in 9 countries. In addition, Adevaris is a member of the worldwide Praxity AISLB Alliance (www.praxity.com), one of the largest alliances of independent accounting firms.
