"Presence and Sense" After 25 successful years in the Capital Markets industry, where I occupied several IT management positions, I have set-up my own consulting firm, Adessens, to share my expertise and experience with a broader range of executives and companies. I am offering services in executive coaching and IT emergency management. My strongest soft skills are about helping people, coaching managers and teams : communication, time management, vision, meaning, self consciousness...
