Adept Solutions provides services that will contribute to the reduction of the risk of major accidents and undesired incidents within operational organisations. Adept Solutions, established in 2006, provides management-support services to customers in the aviation, petroleum, and maritime industries. We favour a holistic approach to improvement, with particular focus on operations at "the sharp end." At the end of the day, compliance management is not only about documentation and paperwork; it is all about what you actually do and how you conform to real requirements. The Adept Solutions team comprises senior professionals with extensive experience in various fields, and with backgrounds from both research and operational environments. We work in compliance to ISO 9001, Quality management systems, and through the application of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Some members of our team are also certified Project Management Professionals (PMP).
