For a select number of clients, I also offer a unique “Outsourced General Counsel” program based on a flat fee arrangement. This service is specifically designed for firms without an internal legal function. The Outsourced General Counsel program provides firms with the benefits of a general counsel without the same fixed costs. Among the many positives associated with an internal legal function is the ability to identify potential legal and regulatory issues early on and to react proactively.
