Adelaide Cemeteries Information

The subject of mortality is one that evokes powerful emotions in us all. There is no denying that it can be challenging to contemplate the end of a life. When it finally touches us, as inevitably it must, we find ourselves reflecting not just on a life change, but also on how that life was lived. Here at the Adelaide Cemeteries Authority we understand this truth intimately. We appreciate that death holds a mirror to life and that we all need a place for remembrance and reflection. At its heart, this is our role, to help you navigate one of life’s most significant events and to provide you with a place to remember, and be remembered. As South Australia’s recognised authority on burial, cremation and memorial services, we are uniquely placed to help you and your loved ones find that perfect place. We offer a choice of beautiful and distinctive environments across greater metropolitan Adelaide. These include Enfield Memorial Park, Cheltenham Cemetery, Smithfield Memorial Park and the historic West Terrace Cemetery. Our Vision: To be South Australia’s leading provider of sensitive and innovative cemetery services. Our Core Values: PROUD We are proud of our cemeteries, the services we provide and the privileged role we play in people’s lives.
