Add Helium offers free international shipping on all orders over $750USD. Free shipping for international orders will be USPS Priority Mail International. Some items are exempt from free international shipping. These include CO2 absorbent, tanks, weights, rebreathers, pre-owned items, and other items marked as exempt from free shipping. For orders under $750, we offer a variety of shipping methods. Pricing for these methods will be available at checkout. International customers please note, we offer USPS 1st Class International mail as a courtesy to customers ordering small items. Please be aware, that USPS 1st Class Mail does not provide accurate, door to door tracking information. Also, transit times vary largely. Sometimes a package will arrive in use a few days time. Just as often, it can a long time to deliver. While delays over 30 days are rare, we sometimes see packages shipped via 1st class mail take up to 45 days to be delivered. The good news, is that after 7 years in business, we have never actually had a package lost. Add Helium is not responsible for mis-directed or lost shipments due to address errors, or refusal of customs duties.
