ADC Projects provide Project Development, Project Management and Engineering Management services to the heavy industry, including Operating & Maintenance of power plants. WHAT WE DO We assist factories, foundries and other clients in the heavy industry in becoming less dependent on the local Utility. We do this by developing dedicated power generating facilities to supply their electricity needs. Projects can be funded off-balance sheet, using debt capital or bringing equity partners on board. Sometimes a mix of these options works best. WHY IT MATTERS Internationally, generating capacity is under massive strain, and large industry players such as foundries and mines are regularly instructed to cut back on usage to maintain grid stability. These cutbacks result in massive losses in revenue, eroding job security over time. The knock-on effect is felt throughout the value chain.
