We examine the required performance and the conditions around it—including skills and practice, expectations, workflow, tools and resources, authority, manager support, and operating conditions—then build only what the situation requires. Engagements can begin with a focused service, application lab, performance clinic, or bounded implementation. Larger systems can then be built in phases so each step creates practical value and evidence for the next decision. AdaptIncrease is founder-led by Jared Forman, MA, CPTD.
