ADAPT SOLUTIONS was formed in autumn 2007 by professionals with collective experience exceeding 400 Person Years in IT and allied industries. ADAPT envisions to be a niche consulting & technology partner to enable rapid adaptation of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) best practices in the area of Infrastructure, Environment and Education. ADAPT believes, with improving technology, changing business models and global business volatility, there is a significant need to innovate in terms of solutions and services. Accordingly, ADAPT has organized the company across two divisions - Services & Solutions. While Services is a collection of contemporary skills & practices, the Solutions business focusses on IPR creation. The Services business of ADAPT undertakes consulting & software services delivery. Consultants at ADAPT have domain knowledge across verticals such as Technology, Aviation, Manufacturing, Utilities, etc. and horizontals such as CRM, Billing, Collections, ERP, HR, etc. Through the Solutions business, ADAPT, aspires to enable rapid adaptation of Information and Communication Technology best practices in the area of Infrastructure (Telecom & Utilities), Energy, Environment, and Education by creating its own IPR. ADAPT incubates new ideas in-house, and once the idea matures into a solution, it is hived off as a separate company (such as Propsoft & Educocity). ADAPT SOLUTIONS has presence in Fremont (CA - USA), Dubai (UAE), Calcutta (India).
