We are a producer of European style charcuterie using only the highest quality local produce and traditional methods passed down through generations of the Markovich family since 1984. We pride ourselves on producing excellent quality smallgoods and work toward a more sustainable and environmentally sound production process. All our meat is from local Queensland and Northern NSW farmers and is free range and grass and grain fed. Our products are free of preservatives, colours, MSG and starch (including gluten). We use the minimal amount of curing salt as required by Queensland Food Safe. Adam's are a proud member of the Ipswich business community and five time consecutive winners of the City of Ipswich Business Excellence Awards earning us a place in the hall of fame. Adam's work with education partners including University of Queensland, hosting international biochemistry students and introducing them to the biochemistry of food preservation in traditional ways. We also work with TAFE Queensland to host food industry students and conduct masterclasses with Appetite for Excellence finalists. Adam's conduct produce tours with select industry partners. We work closely with our marketing partners on events including speaking engagements at the RNA Queensland Wine Awards and the Noosa Food & Wine Festival, judging at the Stanthorpe Royal Agricultural Show, and masterclasses in the Hunter Valley and Scenic Rim.
