Several years of diamond research at Uppsala University (Sweden), led by Dr. Mikael Karlsson and Dr. Fredrik Nikolajeff, resulted in the start of Adamantis AB in 2003. The first product was diamond substrates with anti-refection structures; these nanostructures could be realized with unique techniques developed at Uppsala University. We are located in Uppsala and we have a close collaboration with Uppsala University. The excellent clean room facilities at the Ångström Laboratory (Uppsala University) are used for the fabrication of the diamond components.
