We also had two other bids from companies to do the same work. Adam's pricing was fair, his availability coordinated with when we wanted the work completed, and he kept us informed while the work was taking place by sending pictures. We had him do this work while we were away over the summer. Therefore, we had to trust him with entering and leaving not only our lanai, but our garage due to rainy weather. Adam completed the work on time, and left the site clean. The finished product was very well done, and we're very happy with the results. We are now asking Adam to do some other work inside our home.
