Gary H. Smith has been practicing law for over 20 years. His practice handles property tax appeals and related legal matters for both commercial and residential properties. These include office and apartment buildings, businesses and industrial properties, condominiums, cooperatives and single-family homes. Gary has saved his clients millions of dollars in tax savings by appealing successfully the proposed assessments of hundreds of properties. Since forming his own private practice, Gary's firm has been dedicated himself to ensuring that assessed valuations of residences and businesses are fair.
