Description: The Adair journey began when Peter R. Marsh formed Adair Homes, a company that would make it possible for anyone to attain the dream of home ownership. For years he watched as greedy mortgage brokers charged excessive fees to his customers, eliminating the equity these home owners had worked so hard to achieve. He knew he had to do something, so in September 2002 he created an affiliated company that would also stand for the Adair Mission, Adair Financial Services.
