We are a Texas registered engineering firm providing TDLR RAS services and land development engineering services. As Registered Accessibility Specialists (RAS) licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation we provide Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) plan reviews and inspections required for commercial construction projects here in Texas. Our engineering services include: site-civil construction documents, storm water management plans, subdivision platting, zoning and vested rights applications, and Water Pollution Abatement Plans (WPAP). Our firm predominately performs site civil engineering services for private commercial projects < 5 acres. In addition, we provide offer pre-purchase commmerical site facility assessments to observe and report compliance with either the Americans with Disabilities Act or the TAS standards.
