About Us Based at Paraparaumu Beach on the beautiful Kapiti Coast, AD architecture was formed in April 2008, combining the resources and experience of two successful design practices - Jona Architectural Design and Peter Davis Architecture. Services We appreciate and value the opportunity to deal with clients on a varied range of projects including: Residential alterations & new homes Exterior cladding replacements / upgrades Multi-unit dwellings & apartments Retail offices, developments & fit-outs Industrial & warehouse units Retirement villages & complexes School & childcare buildings Experience Both directors are ADNZ Professionals and along with other staff members have combined industry experience of over 125 years. We regularly have entries into the ADNZ Design and Master Builders Awards competitions, which has resulted in many of our projects being nationally recognised.
