ACURATA REFERRAL MANAGEMENT PORTAL The Referral Management Portal manages patient referrals from physicians or other referral sources. The Referral Management portal provides the ability for Admissions nurses to more accurately track referrals through the entire process. Nurses can update the status of their referrals through a web portal and mobile app.
