ACTUS ILW Solutions Information

Now dissolved, ACTUS was an unincorporated Joint Venture between AMEC (now Amec Foster Wheeler), Jacobs, Costain and Cavendish, intent on supporting Magnox Ltd in the decommissioning of the Trawsfynydd Nuclear Site. ACTUS ILW Solutions provided services from concept design right through to commissioning and operation of plant and equipment required for retrieval and processing (for subsequent safe long term storage) of Intermediate Level (nuclear) Waste (ILW).
