The Evolution As two passionate trainers, we realised by combining our expertise we can offer clients unique training programs covering fitness, rehabilitation & wellbeing. It became clear that by not simply focussing on one area of wellness and health but addressing the mind & body as a unit, we can provide programs to create health, balance & strength - The Active Atlas method was born. As we grow & develop, so does our passion to maintain a concept we truly believe can make a difference in people’s lives. We work with all ages to create wellness programs that are correct, functional & manageable. In-person services are available in Mallorca & our online coaching, globally.
