Active Angels Information

We know that healthy eating is vitally important for the under 5s, and at Active Angels we are committed to ensuring that your children have a well-balanced nutritious diet. That's why we have been working with the Early Years Nutrition (EYN) Partnership programme, an independent social enterprise, to improve the future health outcomes for our young children. Through the programme we are working alongside the EYN Partnership's Registered Nutritionist Gill Kelsall, who offers a tailored approach to enable us to develop our menus, review our food policy, develop a positive mealtime experience and think further about how we teach your children about healthy eating. One member of staff has also nearly completed their level 3 CACHE award in Nutrition and Hydration in the Early Years, and we know they will put this knowledge to good use within the nursery.
