We offer up to 2000 courses with a huge choice on offer for both individuals and businesses across a range of subjects and with different ways to study including short courses, full time, part time, day and evening. Our twin site super campus is designed for 40,000 students with a wide variety of vocational, apprenticeship or leisure classes from access level to SVQ, HND or Diploma available. We attract one of the largest international student bodies in Scottish further education with over 1,000 learners attending from around 130 countries worldwide.

Barnsley College is a large tertiary college serving Barnsley and the surrounding areas. The College has three brands - Barnsley College, Barnsley Sixth Form College and Barnsley College Higher Education. Offering vocational courses, A Levels, Apprenticeships, T Levels, Higher Education and part-time courses, the College has more than 9,000 students and over 700 staff.
