ActionMap accelerates innovation and improves organizational performance through rapidly creating strong shared understanding of team members’ tasks, value and ideas. The results include strong consensus on immediately do-able action plans, which can be further leveraged for leadership-as-coaching, employee engagement and continuous improvement. ActionMap procedures have been used in over 100 workshops including with HP, Target, ConAgra and Kaiser Permanente and many others, and can be applied to a broad range of process change situations. The ActionMap method is now embedded in a software application, the ActionMap Toolkit, that provides a “online process workshop in-a-box”. The software allows the ActionMap method to be economically and flexibly applied to a broad range of industries, geographies and organization sizes.
