Action Solutions Group, LLC is a subsidiary of Now Personnel Services, Inc. which was founded in 1978. Action Technical Services, Inc. was founded in 1999 as a new technology services provider to support technology needs that evolved from clients of Now Personnel. The Action Group of companies grew from a few Founders in 1999 to over 20 associates within a few short years. Our growth has been simple, keeping our commitments and growing one great match at a time. We focus on each candidate and each job until the job is done. We focus on all the daily details, large and small and measure our success based on what we accomplish TODAY. Here is how it works You earn 5% rewards for each hour a contractor works calculated on the bill rate. You can accrue up to $2500.00 per contractor per year and your reward dollars never expire. You may use these rewards toward future direct hire fees with no limit. If your rewards cover the entire direct hire fee we will happily credit you for all of it!
