Since the dawn of man, stories have been used to bring meaning and guidance. Acting Up tells stories to inspire behavioural change in high-risk industrial environments. The unusual human live performed or filmed stories we tell illustrate and raise questions around the behavioural side of safety. In 2015, Acting Up was growing up: new people, new films, new platforms, and a new process. We were excited to present our 7 steps to transformational change, a process designed to create bespoke solutions to increase workforce engagement, communication and productivity within teams, and to create a vision for change within your organisation. In 2016, Acting Up is expanding.. We offer bespoke workshops tailored to suit your organisation, with additional e-learning modules designed to connect the heart of your workforce to their health and safety initiatives.
