Consisting of a modular patient app, wearable and health cloud integration, as well as an HL7 FHIR interface to existing software solutions. Certified as a medical device according to MDR and GDPR compliant. As of January 2022, remote patient monitoring for chronic heart failure is fully reimbursed in Germany. ACTIMI Telecare meets the necessary regulatory requirements and offers a user-friendly and safe solution for cardiologists and patients. Extensive evidence supports the use of remote patient monitoring technologies in a wide range of chronic diseases. Upcoming reimbursements for remote patient monitoring will provide ACTIMI with access to additional European markets and the opportunity to offer patients a better quality of life.
