Actera is a private investment firm headquartered in Mexico City dedicated to create value in established and growing businesses. Our main objective is to continue growing the legacy of the businesses we involve ourselves with, and to help business owners maximize the value of their company. Actera targets service related small and mid-sized companies with annual revenues ranging between US$10 and US$40 million mainly in different service sectors in Mexico, with a focus on digital transformation of traditional industries. Candidates include profitable companies where the owner is looking to transition from day-to-day operations, is unable or unwilling to scale the business, is unable to attract growth equity and/or is looking for liquidity for personal reasons. We know how much time and effort business owners have spent in growing and developing their business. Our objective is to provide the necessary tools to continue the legacy and success of the business.
