Created in 1993, Manexi is a technical engineering firm that provides services on the entire life cycle of buildings (design, construction, operation, demolition) on behalf of its clients, private or public, owners or occupants, real estate major players. Its team of 50 employees, engineers and highly competent technicians, offers a full range of services to optimize the management of real estate assets: technical audits, legal requirements diagnostics, improvement of energy and environmental performance, optimization of operations and maintenance.

Société d'économie mixte, ISSY MEDIA a été fondée en 1989. Elle gère, notamment, les actions de communication de la ville d'Issy-les-Moulineaux, qui détient 57 % de son capital social. Du journal municipal à la page Facebook et au compte Twitter de la Ville, en passant par les relations presse, l'organisation d'évènementiels (conférences, forum des associations, marché des arts, etc), l'affichage et la réalisation de documents de communication (brochures, cartons d'invitation, etc), ISSY MEDIA est également en charge de la stratégie de développement de nouveaux services numériques et participe à ce titre à des projets européens et à des réseaux internationaux.
