WE FOCUS ON PEOPLE, INVOLVEMENT AND ACTION We help our clients act upon on anthropological (ant) insights and methods. That is why our consultancy is called Actant. We specialize in developing in-depth knowledge of peoples’ everyday lives, realities and experiences. Through this we identify potentials for change and help our clients make strategic decisions and act upon them. During research, development and testing it is a top priority for us to involve all the relevant stakeholders. Experience has shown us that this increases the success and accuracy of the solution and heightens enthusiasm and ownership. In short: a participatory and involving process helps to create a sustainable development of new knowledge and new solutions for our clients. WE ANALYZE THE PRESENT AND PROTOTYPE THE FUTURE We draw on multiple methods when we assist our clients in developing their strategies, concepts and communication: ● User insights, user profiles, personas, service journeys, service checks and focus groups. ● Development and testing of ideas, prototypes and concepts ● Workshops, presentations, illustrated and written publications and short films. We prioritize early testing in the process towards new solutions. This saves both time and money as solutions are adjusted or discarded before they are fully developed and implemented on a large scale.
