Acta Shipping was created for the purpose of providing logistics services to companies exporting oil products from the Russian Federation. Initially we concentrated on chartering and operating coastal tankers of about 2700 - 5000 deadweight tons, carrying dirty petroleum products from the Port of Novorossiysk to ports in the Eastern Mediterranean and Black Sea area. With time we proved our professionalism, integrity and reliability and earned our stellar reputation. Over the years we developed strong partnerships with clients, port operators, ship owners, and other industry participants and significantly expanded our business. Now the company manages the entire supply chain from refineries via ports in the South of Russia to the ports of destination. Our experts monitor the quantity throughout the entire process, control and correct the quality of the fuel oil to ensure that the final product delivered to the receiver precisely meets all contractual specifications.
